Oh goodness, I wish this bride could give lessons on how to relax on your wedding day. She was so gloriously laid back! I often feel bad for brides, as the stress and pressure usually rides with them throughout the day. I find myself just stopping whatever we’re doing for a moment and telling them with a smile that everything is going to be ok, and that at the end of the day they’re going to be married. And that’s all that matters on this day if you really think about it. But never once did I have to pull Val aside and tell her to breathe. She was so not worried about a thing, and was so excited to get the whole party of a day started! I LOVE this! We had planned for outdoor pictures, but it was pretty hot out, and Val just wanted to keep things relaxed. So we used our back up location at the Columbus Metropolitan Library – a most beautiful space! This image was just before their first look. Then we sneaked Val upstairs where she waited for her groom. Danny had been a tiny bit nervous for this part, but as soon as they saw each other, all the love came pouring through. Love this image of Danny giving his mom a kiss on the cheek! Val and her grandma – how cute are they?! I’m not usually a big lover of group shots, but these ladies make me smile! Danny watching his bride walk down the aisle. He looks like one very happy fella. Holy cupcakes. It was hard not to stuff these in my pockets on the way out:) Everything was at Smith Brother’s Dock 580, and Abby kept everything running smoothly. A little pre-reception-entrance fun! And Byron from Buckeye Entertainment kept the dance floor rockin all night!Loved working with you both, Val and Danny! I hope you have such a fun and happy life together!!!
